Located in the premier St John district of Bansko. St. John Park is situated on top of the hill in front of the Gondola ski lift and the five star Kempinski Hotel.

Named after the local saint John, there is a chapel at the entrance of the complex. The exclusive design of the complex uses the same architect as the acclaimed five star Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel, combining Bulgarian Renaissance style typical for the region with elements from Alpine architecture.
The complex will consist of two hundred high quality apartments finished to the equivalent of a five star hotel. The majority of apartments will include terraces, fireplaces and fully fitted bathrooms with bathtubs.

The total purchase cost will be approx:
58,000 for a studio
69,000 for a 1-bed apartment
96,000 for a 2-bed apartment
137,000 for a 3-bed apartment
The actual properties will be decided by the fractional scheme members once enough interest has been expressed to make a syndicate viable.
The fractional ownership scheme will run for 5 complete years. At the end of this period the apartment will be sold and the value will be payed back to the fraction owners based on the size of their fraction.
Time allocation will be on the following basis (based on a studio).
Fraction size from 1,200 to 5,700. For each whole fraction of 1,200 you will receive 1 week each year, the date of that week to be decided by lottery.
Fraction size 5,800 or above. For each fraction of 5,800 you will be able to choose weeks at the apartment from blocks as follows: 1 week from Summer high season (typically school holidays), 1 week from Winter season (mid-Jan to mid-Apr), 2 weeks from mid season (Late Spring, Summer outside school holidays and early Autumn), and 1 week form the rest of the year. The initial order in which you get to choose your weeks will be decided by lottery, thereafter the order will rotate.
