<p>The Pilatus PC-12 is the aircraft that has been the foundation of the PlaneSense fractional aircraft program since the program began in 1995. The versatile PC-12 is built in Stans, Switzerland by Pilatus Aircraft, Ltd., a world leader in turboprop aircraft design that has been building aircraft since 1939. With over 2,000 aircraft in service throughout the world, Pilatus turboprops are renowned for their precision and quality.<br />
Large, powerful, luxurious and efficient, the PC-12 is a capable aircraft that delivers exceptional benefits to PlaneSense aircraft co-owners by drawing on a long list of strengths:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>From bases in the UK and US SailTime offers a blend of fractional ownership and &#8220;club&#8221; arrangement that is hard to define, but seems to offer excellent value for money for the busy sailing enthusiast.</p>
<p>The scheme is based around 1 person (the owner-member)buying a yacht and then leasing it back to SailTime for an agreed monthly fee. There can then be up to 7 members who use this yacht via a booking system and pay a monthly fee (for their Falmouth base this starts from ?450/month).</p>
<p>This looks like a really well thought out scheme. Although it is not true fractional ownership it does offer sailing at a great price.</p>
