The total cost of the fractional ownership scheme is based on purchasing a 3-bed apartment in a coastal town.
The total purchase cost will be approx GBP170,000.
The actual property will be decided by the fractional scheme members once enough interest has been expressed to make the fractional scheme viable.
The fractional scheme will run for 5 complete years. At the end of this period the apartment will be sold and the value will be payed back to the fraction owners based on the size of their fraction.
Time allocation will be on the following basis.
Fraction size from GBP3,400 to GBP16,900. For each whole fraction of GBP3,400 you will receive 1 week each year, the date of that week to be decided by lottery.
Fraction size GBP17,000 or above (maximum fraction size GBP51,000). For each whole fraction of GBP17,000 you will be able to choose weeks at the apartment from blocks as follows: 1 week from high season (typically school holidays), 2 weeks from mid season (Late Spring, Summer outside school holidays and early Autumn), and 3 weeks form the rest of the year. The initial order in which you get to choose your weeks will be decided by lottery, thereafter the order will rotate.
