Have you ever thought about owning an apartment in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida? This fractional ownership scheme will be formed to purchase an apartment in/near Orlando for a total cost of approximately GBP200,000. The actual apartment to be purchased will be decided (in consultation with fractional scheme members) when enough interest has been expressed.

The fractional scheme will run for 5 complete years. At the end of this period the apartment will be sold and the value will be payed back to the fraction owners based on the size of their fraction. The sale can only be stopped if either all fraction owners agree to an extension of the fractional scheme or the members who wish to end the fractional scheme are bought-out at market-value.

Time allocation will be on the following basis.

Fraction size from GBP4,000 to GBP19,900. For each whole fraction of ?4,000 you will receive 1 week each year, the date of that week to be decided by lottery.

Fraction size GBP20,000 or above (maximum share size GBP60,000). For each whole fraction of GBP20,000 you will be able to choose weeks at the apartment from blocks as follows: 1 week from high season (typically school holidays), 2 weeks from mid season (Late Spring, Summer outside school holidays and early Autumn), and 3 weeks form the rest of the year. The initial order in which you get to choose your weeks will be decided by lottery, thereafter the order will rotate.
